Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer specializing in microelectronics to support DoD Anti-Tamper programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI access and potential SAP involvement, and travel up to 10%.

You will assess microelectronics, work on reverse engineering approaches, and collaborate with labs and industry partners to protect CPI and improve weapon system security throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI access and possible SAP clearance.
• ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in engineering + 12 years DoD/contractor experience OR Master’s + 8 years experience.
• Minimum of 3 years SAP and/or SCI experience within the last 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Assess microelectronics and memory chips used in military equipment.
• Reverse engineer electronic systems using lab equipment and methodologies.
• Collaborate with labs and industry partners to evaluate susceptibility of weapons systems.
• Improve weapon system manufacture, operations, and de-militarization processes.
• Interface with DoD Anti-Tamper Evaluation teams to identify vulnerabilities.
• Develop plans to assess security features of GOTS/COTS components for CPI vulnerability.
