Job summary

Boeing Aerospace Operations at Maxwell AFB, AL seeks experienced Aircrew Training Specialists to support MH-139A simulator requirements, courseware development, and liaison with flight test, sustainment, and production at the Formal Training Unit.

The role covers instruction, tool development, and collaboration with regulatory bodies to ensure training meets standards and certifications. Travel to international locations is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• 800+ helicopter USAF Special Missions Aviator hours or equivalent
• 100+ hours experience with DoD training systems as aircrew instructor
• Experience with military training systems and simulators
• Ability to travel internationally (10%)
• CCAF accreditation within 1 year of employment

Responsibilities

• Perform MH-139A academic and simulator trainings per standards and regulatory guidelines
• Schedule and train at Maxwell AFB for USAF FTU mission
• Develop and conduct simulator and ground school aircrew instruction
• Create training tools to meet customer requirements
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to meet contractual standards and certification requirements
• Evaluate trainee competence per requirements
• Lead design and development of aircrew training material
• Mentor trainees as needed
• Support other programs as needed
