Job summary

Boeing Aerospace Operations/BGS seeks Mid-Level & Senior Level Aircrew Training Specialists to support MH-139A simulator requirements, courseware development, testing, and liaison with flight test at the Formal Training Unit (FTU) located at Maxwell AFB, AL.

The role requires appropriate regulatory endorsements and will involve instructor-led training, simulator and ground school instruction, and development of training tools to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as aircrew trainer
• Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Performs MH-139A academic and simulator trainings in accordance with company standards, customer requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Schedules and trains Maxwell AFB/FTU activities supporting USAF AFRC mission.
• Develops and conducts simulator and ground school aircrew instruction.
• Develops training tools and techniques to support customer requirements.
• Applies instructor-led training and computer-based training techniques.
• Coordinates training and evaluation procedures with US military authorities.
