Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks a Senior Staff MFG Test Software Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced test software for manufacturing. You will translate complex requirements, architect code, and mentor junior engineers while driving the team’s technical vision.

You will define SDLC processes, champion robust test automation, and collaborate with manufacturing and failure analysis teams to maintain high-quality, scalable test platforms across hardware

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or related field with required years of experience.
Strong expertise in Python, Linux, and Bash scripting essential.
Experience validating hardware, automation, and test tools including IPMI, Redfish, and benchmarking suites.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of test systems and procedures for manufacturing processes.
Architect, validate, release, and maintain robust test software and scripts.
Drive sustaining and infrastructure for L10/L11 test software across facilities.
Standardize manufacturing test documentation and procedures.
Collaborate with test, manufacturing, and failure analysis teams to ensure quality.
Promote adoption of new testing technologies and best practices, mentor junior staff.
