Qualifications

• 5+ years of programming in modern languages (C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby)
• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development
• 3+ years designing or architecting new systems
• 5+ years in manufacturing test engineering, system validation, or production test development
• Experience with server- or rack-level hardware testing in data center/ODM/contract manufacturer
• Experience designing test systems, infrastructure, or validation frameworks
• Experience deploying and operating Linux/Unix
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with external manufacturing partners
• Experience with test coverage analysis, yield improvement, and RCA

Responsibilities

• Drive testability requirements and lead design-for-test reviews
• Develop and standardize test strategies across board-, server-, and rack-level validation
• Architect and deploy manufacturing test infra and automated test flows at factory sites
• Drive test automation and telemetry to reduce manual intervention
• Apply change management to prevent regressions
• Lead manufacturing test failure triage and yield improvement during NPI
• Establish data-driven boundaries between manufacturing and post-deployment validation
• Drive capacity analysis across test positions and equipment utilization
• Serve as liaison between internal engineering and external manufacturing partners
