Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent engineering science.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying in-line and end-of-line functional test systems, with test sequences and pass/fail criteria.
• Proficiency in test software/frameworks (LabVIEW, NI TestStand, Python-based automation) and DAQ/instrumentation specs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy manufacturing test systems sized for medium-to-high throughput.
• Translate verification requirements into production-grade test procedures.
• Own the test data pipeline end-to-end and define data schemas for real-time visibility.
• Develop operator-friendly test setups with intuitive UIs and clear pass/fail indicators.
• Lead test system reliability, calibration schedules, and technician training.
• Drive test coverage strategy as builds scale to production.
