Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking Manufacturing Test Engineers to own and optimize the end-to-end test infrastructure for server hardware across multiple sites globally. You will drive standardization of test methods, troubleshooting guides, and operational excellence across ODM/CM partners, helping scale production and improve cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with hardware, firmware, and operations teams to define test strategies, monitor performance, and resolve issues across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the Manufacturing Test Ecosystem — Architect, develop, and sustain end-to-end test infrastructure for server hardware and system-level integration.
• Drive automation, yield & uptime — build automated test processes to reduce manual intervention and improve first-pass yield across platforms.
• Define test strategy & analyze production data — establish modular test strategies, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions.
