Qualifications include a BS in physical science or AS training, experience with single‑beam SEM tools, and knowledge of SEM physics.

Qualifications

• Experience operating single‑beam SEM tools with focus on cleaved cross‑sections for XSEM imaging
• Knowledge of SEM physics (vacuum, voltage/current, charging mitigation) and sample prep tools

Responsibilities

• Process samples using FEI/Thermo Fisher Helios SEM tools for TDSEM/XSEM imaging
• Prepare cleaved cross‑sections for XSEM imaging
• Image AutoTEM‑prepared lamellae with the SEM's STEM detector
• Follow lab methodology and optimize workflows for throughput
• Communicate with lab management to estimate completion times
• Protect customer materials and IP at all times
