Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of SEM experience.
• Hands-on imaging of wafer samples using SEM.
• Experience with XSEM and EDS analysis.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to contribute to Best Known Methods for SEM imaging.

Responsibilities

• Support SEM imaging to image challenging wafer structures.
• Acquire profile, sidewall, and top-down images using SEM.
• Perform EDS analysis and material imaging as needed.
• Align SEM and correct basic fault conditions on metrology equipment.
• Communicate results effectively to internal customers.
