Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEM experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work a shift-based schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of semiconductor applications using SEM to image challenging structures.
• Image samples at wafer level, acquiring profile, sidewall, and top-down images with SEM.
• Some experience with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS).
• Optimize SEM images for different materials.
• Contribute to Best Known Methods (BKM) for SEM imaging of new applications.
• Perform SEM alignments and correct basic faults on metrology equipment.
• Communicate effectively with a large internal customer base.
