Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services seeks a Laboratory Instrument System Administrator to maintain instrument software in a validated state, perform testing, and ensure GXP compliance in Lancaster, PA.

The ideal candidate has a physical science degree, strong documentation skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel. Collaboration with IT, QA, and operations is required to support data workflows and instrument integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical science or related field.
• Experience documenting and complying with GMP/GxP and quality systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain instrument/software in a validated state; perform CAPA, routine maintenance, and qualification testing.
• Assist with regulatory/compliance reviews and prepare technical documentation.
• Support data center workflows and integration of instrumentation into existing systems.
