Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 10+ years in Metrology.
• Proven capability to handle complexity and allocate resources effectively.
• Experience solving problems across multi-functional teams and sites.

Responsibilities

• Establish and optimize process conditions and technologies to enhance capability and reduce cost.
• Drive process management projects and introduce new technologies and BKMs.
• Evaluate and introduce new equipment via demonstrations and TOR/H2H processes.
• Lead detection strategies (IV/IC) to improve detection performance.
• Strengthen detection capability to support yield improvement and faster learning.
• Standardize BKMs related to RAM detection performance, cost, and supplier engagement across sites.
• Lead cross-functional task forces to ensure rapid recovery and root-cause resolution.
• Collaborate with global peers to align strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage cross-functional resources to close gaps and drive execution.
• Participate in KEG and drive cross-site alignment on new tech.
• Influence DOC2 and TOR specs to address HVM pain points for improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the team and partners.
• Foster culture of innovation and patent generation.
• Establish and optimize business processes to meet program standards.
• Track Fab performance metrics for benchmarking and improvement.
• Collaborate with TD and Global Procurement for supplier competitiveness.
