Qualifications

• Strong understanding of key semiconductor process metrics for characterization.
• Excellent digital literacy including MS Office, JMP, and Python.
• Experience using AI tools to enable fast solutions.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive understanding of new metrology technology to meet device roadmaps.
• Partner with metrology vendors on software/hardware and new techniques.
• Maintain calibration of metrology systems for development.
• Optimize measurements for new device process flows and layers.
• Develop applications on next generation processes for tech transfers.
• Evaluate new metrology tools for cost and accuracy.
• Craft and optimize metrology target layouts to improve quality.
• Improve automation, throughput, and measurement precision.
