Baxter is seeking a Sr Calibration Technician in Illinois to perform calibration, maintenance, testing, and repair on circuits, components, analytical equipment, and instruments across lab and manufacturing areas.

The role requires metrology knowledge, associates degree with 3–5 years’ experience, and strong problem solving. Ability to work flexible hours and to lift up to 50 pounds is expected, with attention to cGMPs and GDP procedures.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required or preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of metrology and moderately complex processes.
• Excellent problem solving, writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform calibration, maintenance, testing and repair on lab and manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare technical reports and trend data to determine acceptability based on specs.
• Coordinate instrument recertification and document reviews with outside labs.
