Job summary

PG&E is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled and traditional business solutions. You will interface with IT and stakeholders to document processes, measure performance, and drive improvements across complex projects.

The role emphasizes dashboards, analytics, and AI integration, with hybrid work and onsite presence at least twice weekly. A strong background in business process improvement and stakeholder leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 6 years of job-related experience.
• Experience interfacing with IT and business teams on projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, define, review, and approve requirements for AI and non-AI solutions to business needs.
• Work with Directors and Managers across functions/PG&E to leverage relationships.
• Gather and analyze and document business requirements for complex projects.
• Analyze end-to-end business processes and coordinate with IT services to design, implement solutions.
• Provide proactive, timely and professional communications with stakeholders.
• Contribute to development of business cases and project estimates.
• Create metrics to measure and report the effect of process improvements.
• Identify, propose, and influence solutions to complex business problems.
• Assist with training and change management for projects.
• Update technical documents such as standards and procedures.
• Participate in UATs and quality reviews of test results.
• Provide expert consulting in business and user needs.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced employees.
