Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join the Metals team. You will collaborate with peers to maintain and develop critical process parameters and address complex manufacturing challenges in a high‑volume ALD environment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Eng, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or CS.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and solve complex process issues.
• Work with ASM EMERALD ALD platform.
• Lead projects to improve yield, reduce defects, improve OEE and reduce scrap.
• Analyze process data and present findings with charts and reports.
• Update SOPs and support cost-reduction initiatives.
