Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mineral Processing, Extractive Metallurgy, or Chemical Engineering, and at least 7 years in flotation and leaching, along with demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mineral Processing, Extractive Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.
• Metallurgical testing in a laboratory setting is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Good communication skills with well-developed written and oral skills.
• 7 years experience in Flotation and Leaching.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage metallurgical resources (equipment and technicians) to ensure metallurgical tests are performed: safely, accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with set-up and layout of facility.
• Interpret metallurgical test work results.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their objectives are met.
• Prepare quotations and proposal based on client needs.
