• Provide day-to-day metallurgical leadership for Mountaintop and Tru-Form facilities.
• Establish and maintain metallurgical controls for welding, heat treatment, forming, rolling, machining, testing.
• Lead process control initiatives with cross-functional teams.

• Apply SPC/MSA and trend analysis to reduce variation and costs.
