Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) seeks a Director of Metallurgy & Alloy Development for its Cannon-Muskegon plant in West Michigan. The role is onsite with rich relocation support for non-local candidates.

You will lead the technology department, drive alloy strategy and manage processes for superalloys used in turbine engine applications, while coordinating with customers and manufacturing to deliver advanced materials solutions.

Qualificações

• Masters Degree in Metallurgy or related field.
• 10–15 years in aerospace IGt materials with cast superalloys.
• Strong metallurgy background in physical and microstructure analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the next generation of aerospace superalloys and define materials strategy.
• Manage the Cannon-Muskegon Technology Department, budget and personnel.
• Ensure vacuum induction melting, refining chemistry and heat quality meet standards.
• Provide metallurgical support to customers and internal teams.
