Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in metallurgy or closely related field.
• 10+ years in metallurgy, corrosion, or materials engineering in oil and gas.
• Experience supporting downhole completions, well intervention, fishing, drilling, or related equipment.
• Strong knowledge of metallic materials used in oilfield applications.
• Experience in metallurgical failure analysis and improvement guidance.

Responsabilités

• Lead metallurgical and corrosion engineering for completions and fishing tool lines.
• Provide guidance on material selection, heat treatment, manufacturing, welding, and coatings for downhole use.
• Support cross-functional teams with metallurgical expertise across engineering, operations, and supply chain.
• Lead failure investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain metallic material specifications and engineering standards.
