Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical/vocational training or associate degree preferred.
• 2–4 years manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Experience in additive manufacturing or CNC machining is a plus.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup, build preparation, material loading, and powder handling.
• Conduct routine cleaning, maintenance, and equipment readiness checks.
• Manage powder recycling, sieving, storage, and traceability.
• Document production records and inspection activities; ensure quality.
• Operate material handling equipment as trained; support problem escalation.
• Support safety, quality, and throughput improvement initiatives.
