Job summary

You will lead metabolite identification using LC-MS/MS and NMR, map metabolic pathways across biological matrices, and coordinate with functional teams to deliver robust study outcomes with regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Expertise in metabolite identification and profiling using LC–MS/MS and NMR.
• Experience planning and conducting in vivo and in vitro metabolism studies.
• Ability to interpret MS data and discuss regulatory guidance like MIST.

Responsibilities

• Perform identification of drug metabolites using LC–MS/MS and NMR.
• Elucidate metabolic pathways and quantify metabolites in biological matrices.
• Design complex metabolism studies and lead project teams.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings clearly.
