You will own planning, optimization, and measurement of paid media, balancing ROI with growth objectives while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, budget management up to large-scale spends, and hands-on creative testing to maximize ROMI and LTV.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and media buying.
• Experience in UA and international campaigns for mobile apps and desktop.
• Systematic approach to lead generation via paid channels with region focus.
• ROI-driven mindset prioritising lead quality over quantity.
• Strong English skills (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Manage and refine digital advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and other META platforms.
• Develop complex ad-buy models for international markets (UK, LatAM, MENA).
• Analyze campaign data to drive ROMI and LTV decisions.
• Lead paid media initiatives and strategy across channels.
• Oversee budgets, potentially up to $200k weekly.
• Plan and execute A/B tests for ad copy, targeting, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with account management to shape promotional strategies.
