Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is looking for a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution.

You will oversee Meta campaigns, manage budgets and targeting, and translate results into actionable recommendations for financial advisors. You’ll lead bi-weekly client calls, build strong relationships to support retention, and ensure campaigns meet cost and appointment targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with Meta advertising focus.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client conversations.
• Track record of achieving defined performance targets and driving retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls, review performance, and set priorities.
• Prepare and share performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Manage Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment booking.
• Set up tracking, pixels, Calendly/Zapier integrations, and lead routing.
