Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a senior paid media strategist to own client performance across Meta advertising, strategy, messaging, and testing. You’ll lead client conversations, manage campaigns end-to-end, and drive qualified appointments while optimizing cost per appointment.

You’ll develop testing strategies, write direct-response copy and video sales letter scripts, and collaborate with editors. This role reports to the Associate Director of Operations and demands hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy calls.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while maintaining client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ads and video scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
