Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. seeks a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, messaging, and funnel testing.

You will lead client conversations, craft direct-response copy and video sales letter scripts, and design testing strategies to improve lead generation and appointment booking. You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and manage multiple accounts end-to-end, coordinating with editors and automation tools to optimize outcomes while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy calls.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while supporting retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointments.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, structure, and testing.
• Monitor performance against cost-per-appointment and KPIs.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, and messaging.
• Write direct-response copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Create hooks, angles, and messaging variations for testing.
• Collaborate with video editors and provide creative direction.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and copy development while maintaining quality.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead routing.
• Identify and resolve technical issues between platforms and client systems.
• Evaluate performance across media and funnel to diagnose issues.
