Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and testing. You will manage a portfolio end-to-end, lead client calls, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

You’ll write direct-response copy and VSL scripts, develop testing strategies, oversee tracking implementation, and collaborate with editors. This role requires 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience and a strong client-facing mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to meet targets while maintaining client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting, including ad copy and video scripts.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Monitor daily performance against cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and identify changes to improve results.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creativity, and vars.
