Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and testing.

This hands-on role involves leading client conversations, copywriting for response ads, and guiding funnel optimization for high-value prospects. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, develop bidding and testing strategies, and ensure retention through data-driven decisions and proactive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and present performance reports.
• Translate data into clear recommendations and strategies for clients.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and creative.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows.
• Collaborate with video editors and provide clear creative direction.
