Chenega MIOS in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Senior Messaging Specialist to provide senior-level support, administration, and technical leadership for enterprise messaging environments, including Microsoft 365 Exchange Online (GCC) and related services. You will participate in architecture planning, migrations, and process improvements.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree (or MCSE in Exchange), 5+ years in enterprise email, and the ability to obtain Public Trust.

5+ years of technical experience supporting, managing, or architecting enterprise email systems.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level support and administration for enterprise messaging systems and services.
Support Microsoft 365 Exchange Online (GCC) email, calendaring, archiving, collaboration, and related services.
Support mailbox account lifecycle and perform Tier II/III issue resolution.
Monitor messaging operations, performance, and reporting; participate in migrations and upgrades.
Develop messaging procedures and documentation; assist in architecture planning and project initiatives.
