Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions, a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Lead MES Engineer for Etters, PA. You will modernize manufacturing execution on Ignition with Sepasoft MES, guiding requirements, configuration, and ongoing improvements.

You will partner with an implementation team, own end-to-end configuration, and support rollouts, upgrades, and global go-lives. Strong manufacturing systems experience and Ignition/Sepasoft skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of manufacturing systems experience, with Ignition and/or Sepasoft MES.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, CS, etc.).
• Hands-on Ignition (Gateway, Designer, Vision/Perspective) and Sepasoft MES Modules experience is preferred.
• Experience with system integrators/partners on complex builds; OPC UA, SQL, Python scripting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal contact for Ignition/Sepasoft implementation partner, define requirements and review deliverables.
• Configure and administer Ignition Gateway and Sepasoft modules; ensure traceability and data integrity.
• Integrate Ignition with PLCs, SAP ERP, test equipment, vision and quality systems via OPC UA, MQTT, REST.
• Build dashboards/reports for OEE, yield, downtime, scrap, cycle time; support quality initiatives.
