Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer in Etters, PA. This role focuses on modernizing manufacturing execution capabilities with Ignition and Sepasoft MES Modules, partnering with an implementation partner, and leading requirements, configuration, and validation.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of manufacturing systems experience, ideally with Ignition and/or Sepasoft MES Modules.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on Ignition experience with Gateway administration, Designer, Vision/Perspective clients; Sepasoft MES Modules a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Define requirements with the Ignition/Sepasoft implementation partner and lead acceptance testing.
• Configure and administer the Ignition Gateway and Sepasoft MES Modules; integrate with PLCs, ERP (SAP), test equipment, vision, and quality systems.
• Build dashboards and reports for OEE, yield, scrap, downtime, and cycle time.
• Ensure end-to-end product genealogy and traceability using Sepasoft Track & Trace.
• Support quality initiatives such as SPC, FMEA, APQP, and CAPA with real-time Ignition/Sepasoft data.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing user support.
