The role drives EBR development and MES optimization across departments, ensuring timely updates and compliant processes in a fast-paced cell therapy environment. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of MES, manufacturing, and cross‑functional collaboration experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience; cell/gene therapy manufacturing preferred.
• Experience translating business needs to system requirements; MES knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive eBR development, modeling, and on-time MES deployment.
• Coordinate with departments to gather user requirements and deliver robust EBR.
• Participate in design testing, release planning, and demos for MES updates.
• Serve as MES SME for CAR‑T and site initiatives.
• Lead coordination of MES updates with other Supply Chain Systems.
