Legend Biotech in Bridgewater, New Jersey, is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering, to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting commercial CARVYKTI cell therapy manufacturing. You will drive lifecycle management of equipment and systems, optimize processes, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and manage CAPA and investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in engineering/manufacturing/technical operations in pharma/biotech.
• 5+ years people leadership; experience with cGMP manufacturing and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers supporting cell therapy manufacturing operations.
• Own lifecycle management for equipment, utilities, and process systems.
• Drive process optimization, troubleshooting, and CAPA programs.
• Collaborate with Validation, Maintenance, Quality, MSAT, and Regulatory teams.
• Support technology transfers, facility expansion, and cost reduction initiatives.
