Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Senior MES Engineer for the Manufacturing Excellence team at the Raritan, NJ site. The role focuses on driving EBR design and deployment in MES (PAS-X) to support production processing and regulatory readiness.

You will collaborate across Tech Support, QA, Validation, IT, and Supply Chain to deliver on-time MES updates, lead validation activities, and provide MES subject matter expertise for CAR-T and site initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant MES and manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Cell/Gene Therapy cGMP manufacturing and project planning.
• Strong Change Control process expertise and MES team leadership.
• Ability to coordinate with IT, QA, and operations to implement MES updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead EBR development and deployment in MES (PAS-X) delivering on time and with quality.
• Collaborate with IT, QA, Validation, and Supply Chain to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Plan and execute MES validation activities (IQ/OQ/CTP) and maintain design specifications.
• Serve as MES SME for CAR-T and site initiatives requiring MES.
• Coordinate MES updates with ERP and eLIMS and other systems as needed.
• Train Manufacturing Excellence and Operations on MES usage and best practices.
