Automotive & Industrial Manufacturing Solutions Expert – MES / Digital Manufacturing

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Automotive & Industrial Manufacturing Solutions Expert with deep expertise in MES, Digital Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Automotive/Manufacturing domain knowledge along with hands‑on solutioning experience across leading MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Dassault Systèmes Apriso, and Rockwell Automation. This is a senior‑level role focused on solution architecture, technical business development, client engagement, and large‑scale MES transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the solutioning and architecture of MES and Digital Manufacturing solutions for Automotive, Transportation, and Industrial Manufacturing clients.
• Design solutions leveraging platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Dassault Apriso, Rockwell Automation, and OSI PI.
• Drive technical solutioning and business development, collaborating with sales, delivery, architecture, engineering, and other internal teams.
• Develop estimates and solution approaches for large, complex, multi‑site MES implementations.
• Design solutions for MES development, implementation, upgrades, integration, modernization, and support engagements.
• Understand manufacturing processes and translate business requirements into scalable MES / MOM / Digital Manufacturing solutions.
• Incorporate AI, Generative AI, data analytics, and manufacturing data models into digital manufacturing solution strategies where applicable.
• Develop compelling client‑facing solution presentations and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Clearly articulate the technical solution, business context, and business value to senior client stakeholders.
• Lead technical conversations, workshops, solution presentations, and client discussions throughout the pre‑sales and solutioning lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of overall experience within Manufacturing IT, MES, Digital Manufacturing, or related areas.
• Strong experience within the Automotive / Transportation / Industrial Manufacturing domain.
• Deep expertise with one or more MES platforms:
• Rockwell Automation
• Experience designing and solutioning enterprise‑scale MES / MOM implementations.
• Experience with multi‑plant / multi‑site manufacturing transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop‑floor systems.
• Experience estimating large MES programs and developing solution approaches.
• Knowledge of OSI PI / manufacturing data platforms is highly desirable.
• Exposure to AI / GenAI and Data Analytics in Manufacturing.
• Strong client‑facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear, business‑focused manner.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $75/hour

Pay Range Maximum: $ 105/hour
