Qualifications

• OR 6 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, finance, operations, or related area.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Uncover growth opportunities using financial, customer, and operational insights.
• Scale the Shrink Framework and promote adoption across Total Merchandising.
• Transform how we operate by improving cross-functional processes across stores, merchandising, operations, Asset Protection, Finance, and other teams.
• Connect patterns to anticipate challenges and unlock broader opportunities across Consumables.
