Job summary

Roller Rabbit, LLC is seeking a Senior Merchant in NYC to shape seasonal assortments and long-range roadmaps. This leadership role requires autonomy to define category strategies, analyze performance, and influence senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.

You will own cross-functional collaboration with Design, Planning, and Marketing, guiding product direction while maintaining brand storytelling and market relevance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in fashion merchandising, business, marketing or related field.
• 6–8+ years in fashion merchandising, buying, or related retail role with increasing ownership.
• Experience coaching or developing at least one team member.
• Proven ability to develop assortment strategies and drive sales, margin, and inventory productivity.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own merchandising strategy for seasonal roadmaps and core collections.
• Partner on assortment architecture, pricing, margin, and growth opportunities.
• Lead business reviews and translate performance into future strategies.
• Collaborate with Design, Planning, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Retail to support launches.
