Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration or relevant area
• 5+ years of experience in merchandising or relevant experience
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Lead brand and product strategy from concept to store execution
• Analyze sales performance and market data to identify opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with Design to align vision with revenue and profit goals
• Understand target customer archetypes to support brand priorities
• Create clear product briefs with customer, benchmarks and attributes
• Monitor seasonal merchandising strategies and assortments with cross-functional partners
• Oversee financial performance, pricing, and profitability analysis
• Promote partnerships and develop diverse team talent
