Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Merchant Solutions Sales Specialist to drive new merchant business and partner with TSOs and relationship managers. You will tailor value propositions for various client types and industries, and position solutions across the merchant services set, including Tokenization, Equipment, and Transaction Routing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Core Acquiring (Credit/Debit) industry.
• 5+ years of direct sales experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience including C-level sales.
• Experience serving clients with annual revenues between $50MM-$5B within the last year.
• Expert knowledge of POS payment interfaces.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with senior business and IT staff.
• Ability to consult with C-level executives.
• Experience with 3rd party VARs/Integrators and payment gateways.
• Deep knowledge of payment applications, ERP and data security (PCI).

Responsibilities

• Drive new merchant business acquisition in partnership with TSOs and relationship managers.
• Consult on integrating client commerce ecosystems and cover industry standards and bank product solutions.
• Serve as main contact for high-value, complex opportunities with tailored value propositions.
• Position value and drive solutions across merchant services such as Tokenization, Equipment, and Transaction Routing.
• Collaborate across a matrixed organization to uncover opportunities and close new business.
• Provide strategic guidance to encourage merchants to move their services to Bank of America.
• Support deal leads with pricing, credit review and post-sale implementation.
