Job summary

fitt partners with a leading consumer Health & Wellness Platform that collaborates with Eight Sleep, WHOOP, Momentous, Peloton and more. This role focuses on onboarding marquee health brand partners, enabling HSA/FSA payments, and positioning for long-term growth.

You will work with growth marketing to develop campaigns that boost awareness, adoption of payment options, and partner ROI while continuously optimizing performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Autonomy and maturity to deliver merchant-focused experiences in health and wellness.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with growth marketing, partner success, or strategic accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new merchants end-to-end, including technical integration and marketing activation.
• Provide white-glove service to top partners, gather feedback, and drive ongoing campaigns.
• Identify and execute revenue-generating opportunities across the merchant portfolio.
