Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Product Associate, Merchant Experience within Offers and Shopping. You will own strategy, define requirements for platforms and data services, and partner with engineering to deliver capabilities that improve transactions, offer targeting, and merchant data services.

In this role you will drive end-to-end delivery with a risk-and-controls mindset, collaborating across stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product development, technology, or consulting.
• Translate product requirements into user stories, sizing estimates, and delivered capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Jira and Jira Align).
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with ownership and accountability.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders and partners.
