Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate, Merchant Experience within Offers and Shopping to own strategy and define platform requirements. You will partner across stakeholders and work hands-on with engineering teams to deliver capabilities that improve transaction processing, offer targeting, rewards awarding, and merchant data services.

You will drive end-to-end delivery with strong execution discipline and a risk-and-controls mindset, shaping the vision for core platforms and data services

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product development, technology, or consulting.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to translate product requirements into user stories and estimates.
• Hands-on Agile experience with Jira/Jira Align including backlog management and sprint execution.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with ownership across multiple priorities in a matrixed org.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and make data-driven product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
