Job summary

Superior Group of Companies in Coppell, TX, is seeking a Senior Merchant to drive product strategy, assortment planning, and merchandising excellence across our medical apparel brands. The role emphasizes consumer-centric product development and alignment with brand portfolios.

You will partner with design, sourcing, and marketing to deliver innovative products, optimize margins, and lead go-to-market processes. Travel up to 10–15% supporting store visits and market research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in merchandising, buying, product management, or product creation.
• Experience in apparel or related industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and vendor negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to grow profitability.
• Create seasonal line plans for design and production.
• Collaborate with S&OP and Finance on seasonal financial plans.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market processes.
• Analyze market trends to propose pricing and assortment.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Operations for launches.
