Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive leadership in design, merchandising, product line management, or product development within fashion, uniform, or consumer goods.
• 3-5 years of direct people leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to blend consumer insights, market analysis, and design perspective to build new business.
• Proven ability to lead multiple high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design function's strategy, process, and team from concept through implementation.
• Own the product line lifecycle end-to-end from strategic planning through phase-out.
• Identify white space and new product opportunities aligned with market needs and goals.
• Build seasonal assortments that meet financial KPIs and reflect brand priorities.
• Own the seasonal Go-to-Market calendar with Brand, Product Strategy, and Sales.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine merchandising strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product presentations at trade shows and key accounts.
• Coach and develop a design and merchandising team.
