Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a senior merchandising leader to oversee the Off-Shelf Merchandising Team. This role directs MAP/CMAP development, inventory coordination with IPR, and communication of merchandising direction to stores.

You will partner with SSC and field merchants, educate on tools and rules, and manage documents, timelines, and agency partners. A strong retail operations background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs the development of the Merchandising Action Plan and Cross-Merchandising Plan (MAP & CMAP).
• Partner with field merchants to plan off-shelf and cross-merchandising programs.
• Educate merchants on rules of engagement and planning tools.
• Produce documents summarizing merchandising direction for stores.
• Define production timelines and manage agency deliverables.
• Oversee SKUs updates and supply chain coordination with IPR and partners.
• Lead weekly meetings with IPR to resolve discrepancies with merchants.
• Set endcaps and register stackouts at the IC each quarter.
• Summarize IC walk decisions and coordinate with merchants on actions.
• Collaborate with Divisional Merchandise Manager-Off Shelf on special projects.
