The Home Depot seeks a Senior Analyst, Assortment Planning to be a trusted analytical partner for the Merchandising Organization. You will provide data-driven insights, lead category reviews, and drive assortment strategies across departments.

You will champion best practices, deliver executive-level presentations, and collaborate with Merchants on Rapid Business Reviews, PLRs, Quick Hits, and Post Reset Reviews to optimize category performance.

Formación

• Experience communicating to leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Merchants to set category review goals and perform standard and ad hoc analyses to identify drivers of performance and recommend assortment decisions.
• Develop executive-level presentations that summarize analysis and the financial impact of assortment changes.
• Own Merchant/Associate Merchant relationships for designated department and support special projects.
