Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail or merchandising leadership.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Direct a team developing MAP & CMAP and Divisional Planner for Off-Shelf Merchandising.
• Plan off-shelf and cross-merchandising programs with SSC and field merchants.
• Educate merchants on engagement rules and planning tools; address issues like SKU changes.
• Produce documents summarizing merchandising direction for stores as needed.
• Define production timelines and manage agency partners and performance metrics.
• Ensure final proof of all documents and coordinate with IPR and other partners.
• Lead weekly meetings with IPR and resolve discrepancies with merchants.
• Consolidate SKU updates and address supply chain concerns.
• Coordinate endcaps and register stackouts with merchants and vendors.
