The Home Depot seeks a senior merchandising leader to direct the Off-Shelf Merchandising team, overseeing MAP & CMAP programs and the Divisional Planner. You will partner with stores to implement inventory strategies and communicate merchandising direction.

Collaborating with IPR, finance, and field merchants, you will set timelines, lead agency partners, and ensure consistent, accurate merchandising execution across channels. A strong retail/ops background and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years of work experience in retail/operations.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Off-Shelf Merchandising team and MAP/ CMAP initiatives.
• Partner with merchants, IPR, and finance to align inventory and program effectiveness.
• Develop and communicate merchandising direction to stores and field teams.
• Oversee production of documents and ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
