Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Benton Harbor, MI is seeking a Senior Merchandising Manager to own 82% of the US KitchenAid Small Appliances business, leading the Stand Mixer, Attachments, and Accessories categories. This role reports to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations and drives category P&L, margin, and market share.

You will influence pricing, promotions, and demand planning with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Brand and Product teams to enable growth and portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business.
• 5+ years in Category Management, Merchandising, Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Strong data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• End-to-end product lifecycle and commercial PIPO experience.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for Stand Mixers, Attachments & Accessories and deliver key metrics.
• Set pricing, promotional calendars and maximize margin realization.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Brand & Product.
• Govern model line strategy and end-to-end PIPO across US KASA categories.
