Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a senior leader to drive D2C, ecommerce and P&L performance for KitchenAid small appliances in the US. You will own revenue forecasts, optimize costs, and lead cross-functional teams across BI, CRM, operations and marketing to deliver on aggressive growth targets.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI and automation to improve GTM efficiency, differentiate the direct channel, and scale the business while collaborating with regional and global leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years in Ecommerce, D2C Strategy, Commercial Sales or P&L ownership.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end P&L, inclusive of product mix and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete P&L; drive revenue and profitability.
• Own monthly, quarterly, yearly sales outlooks and targets.
• Define commercial roadmap; steer demand generation and capture strategies.
• Optimize D2C cost structures and GTM operations.
• Differentiate KitchenAid.com from retail partners with value props.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with BI, CRM, Operations and Marketing.
